As a world leader in LCD Monitor Display technologies, Samsung is now leading the way with Virtual Desktop Solutions. Its new range of Thin Client (TC190 and TC240) and Zero Client (NC190, NC 220 and NC240) ‘All in One’ monitors combines terminal (client) technologies with an LCD display to provide the user with a simple, sleek design and a true virtual desktop endpoint solution for Citrix or VMWare. With no messy PC wires and a separate terminal box, Samsung’s new range of network monitors provides a slim line solution with simple connectivity.
Samsung Zero and Thin Client
By eliminating the expense of individual software licenses and personnel support for every workstation, a virtual desktop with Samsung Zero Client or Thin Client monitors enables system administrators to control, manage, and update the entire system from a central server, helping to reduce costs. It also enables centralized data management - with no operating system or local memory on the Samsung Zero Client monitors, 100% of desktop computing is moved to a centralized data centre. The data never leaves the data centre and all transmissions are encrypted.
